When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets on sale From Tuesday 14th from 12 noon.
Do I need to book or can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes, you NEED to book! All visitors must have a valid ticket for their correct time slot to scan upon arrival. No tickets will be available when you "rock up on the day"...
Will there be time restrictions?
To control crowd numbers we have in place 3 slots per day. 10.00am - 12.30pm, 1.00pm - 3.30pm and 4.00pm - 6.30pm.
Can I book using a voucher?
Yes, all bookings using a voucher MUST be booked by Monday Sept 20th. To do so please email the requested date, time slot & number of tickets to Clonferthalloweenfestival21@gmail.com.
Is the event suitable for toddlers?
Some areas of the event yes will be suitable for toddlers, however other areas such as the Haunted House may not be the best idea.
Will all areas of the farm be open?
All OUTDOOR areas will be open, the indoor play center will remain closed.
What is included in each ticket type?
Admission plus wristband - Access to the farm and all Halloween activities including carnival rides and pumpkin patch!
Child/Adult admission only - Access to the farm and haunted house. Kids carnival rides and pumpkin patch are NOT included. Kids carnival rides can be paid for on the day but pumpkins may not be available for purchase.
Purchase pumpkin - This is an add on to purchase a pumpkin to be used with general admission ticket only. Cannot be used for entry to the farm.
Carers ticket - These tickets are used for a family carers accompanying children with special needs. We will accept only an official HSE issued carers card, to be shown as proof on the day. We have the right to refuse admission if the correct card cannot be shown.
Under 2's - These tickets are used for infants and children under 2. only. Admission maybe charged if we are in doubt.
Can I book a birthday party for the Halloween event?
No party/tour bookings will be available to book from 23rd - 31st October.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
If you cancel more than seven days before your booking date we will give you a full refund.
